Discuss your condition with a patient advocate
Communicate with our patient advocates through phone or email. They will spend time learning about your condition and product requirements. They can help identify the best solution based on your specific needs. The patient advocates have extensive product experience with catastrophic injuries, chronic conditions, special needs, as well as elders looking to age in place. They can also supply you with a variety of materials (brochures, DVDs, etc...) to help support your product selection.
Payment and Payer Options
Hill-Rom is contracted with most managed care and private insurance companies. We have a team of insurance experts that can help you navigate through the insurance process. They will verify your benefits and determine coverage for the product you need. We will also work with your prescriber, payer source, and case manager to help collect clinical information and other supporting documentation to submit for prior authorization.
We also have a national contract with the Veterans Affair (VA) as well as several contracts with workers compensation third party administrators. We have dedicated team members who can help answer your questions if you are a Veteran or an injured worker.
We offer free delivery and set up for all products on the first floor of your residence. Our dedicated logistics team with work with you to ensure a smooth delivery to your home. Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
A certified Hill-Rom trained technician will provide you, your loved ones, and caregivers thorough product training. We will provide you with support materials (user manual, brochures, and a DVD if applicable) to ensure patients and caregivers understand how to use our products safely and effectively.
We have service centers nationwide and one of the largest service networks in the health care industry. Hill-Rom offers free technical phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
