How can I see your product?

Hill-Rom has two Customer Experience Centers.  Customers can visit and view most of our product offerings. These are located in Batesville, IN and Irvine, CA. We also have local service centers where customers can view our products (limited product availability and by appointment only). Please contact a patient advocate to schedule an appointment.

 

What form of payment do you take?

Hill-Rom accepts all major credit cards including VISA, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. We also accept wire transfers, postal money orders, personal checks, and e-check.

 

Where will my product be shipped from?

Beds, mattresses, parts, and lifts will all ship from our headquarters in Batesville, IN.

 

How does shipping work?

We offer free delivery and set-up for all our products that are delivered on the first floor of your residence. Our dedicated logistics team will work with you to ensure a smooth delivery to your home. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

 

What is estimated delivery time?

Hospital Beds—Hill-Rom® hospital beds arrive within 7-12 business days after order completion. Our hospital beds ship via freight carrier, and are delivered direct to our local service center. You will receive a phone call from our logistics representative to schedule a date and time for our technician to deliver and “in-service” the medical bed.

Liko® Patient Lifts—Liko® patient lifts arrive within 5–7 business days after order completion. Our lifts ship via freight carrier or FedEx and are delivered direct to our local service center. You will receive a phone call from our logistics representative to schedule a date and time for our technician to deliver and “in-service” the lift.

Mattresses—Hill-Rom® mattresses arrive within 5–7 business days after order completion. Our mattresses ship via freight carrier or FedEx and are delivered direct to our local service center. You will receive a phone call from our logistics representative to schedule a date and time for our technician to deliver and “in-service” the mattress.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping is available on all Hill-Rom products that are in stock and not custom ordered. You can receive an expedited shipping rate by contacting a patient advocate.

 

What is your warranty on your products?

All products come with a Hill-Rom standard limited warranty. Hill-Rom also offers extended warranties that are optional for additional cost. To view the warranty in its entirety, please sees the link below.

Can you service my equipment?

Hill-Rom provides service on purchased products during and after the warranty period. We have service centers nationwide with well-trained and certified technicians. Hill-Rom offers free technical support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service work is performed Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

 

What is your Return Policy?

All cancellations which occur after placement into the home will be charged a 20% restocking fee, plus any shipping and handling fees associated with returning the product to a Hill-Rom facility. No cancellations will be accepted after 30 days from original placement into the home. There are no cancellations or returns on therapy surfaces or preventive mattresses that are not securely within the original packaging and undamaged.
